Certified Notary Signing Agent Information and Instructions

Certified Notary Signing Agent Information and Instructions

You must be a Notary before starting the NSA certification process. Prospective Signing Agents are responsible for ensuring that they meet all the qualifications to provide signing services in their state. NNA Signing Agent Certification does not guarantee these qualifications have been met. Please consult an attorney for inquiries relating to legal matters.

To become a NNA Certified Notary Signing Agent, you must be a commissioned Notary Public and pass a Notary Signing Agent background screening and certification exam, also required by many lenders, signing services and title companies for signing assignments. Visit our FAQ section for additional information.
